This picture comes from the first episode of the recent anime adaptation of the manga "B Gata H Kei". It's about a girl named Yamada, who upon entering high school, makes the goal of having sex with 100 people. Even though as far as I've watched, she can't even get the first one she wants.
I found it while reading the TV Tropes page for TWEWY under Shout Out, and My Anime List reminded me of it, so I watched some episodes. S'not an ero-anime, more like a really ecchi one. Yeah.
